Payment methods
NFS ApS accepts online payments with Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
The amount will only be debited after the shipment has been made, we do not charge any card fees.
All amounts on the website include VAT. The website uses the following currencies: Denmark - Kroner (DKK)

Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1-4 working days.
NFS ApS ships goods with the following:
GLS - Parcel shop - 8,95€ (Free for purchases over 79€)
Order before 15.30 - GLS will deliver your package within 1-3 business days at the selected parcel shop. GLS also delivers on Saturdays, so if you want a Saturday delivery, remember to choose a parcel shop that is open on weekends.
PostNord - Parcel shop - 8,95€ (2,95€ for purchases over 79€)
Order before 15.30 - PostNord will deliver your package within 1-3 business days at the selected parcel shop. PostNord also delivers on Saturdays, so if you want a Saturday delivery, remember to choose a parcel shop that is open on weekends.
PostNord - Home delivery - 15,95€ (7,95€ for purchases over 79€)
Order before 15.30 - PostNord will deliver your package within 1-3 business days at the selected parcel shop. PostNord also delivers on Saturdays, so if you want a Saturday delivery, remember to choose a parcel shop that is open on weekends.
DHL - Economy (2-3 business days) - €20
Order before 12:30 - DHL will deliver your package within 2-3 business days to the selected address. DHL also delivers on Saturdays, so if you want a Saturday delivery, remember that there must be people present to receive the package.
DHL - Express (Next working day) - 25€
Order before 12:30 - DHL will deliver your package within the next business day to the selected address. DHL also delivers on Saturdays, so if you want a Saturday delivery, remember that there must be people present to receive the package.
The rest of the EU is the shipping price 39 DKK
You will be able to choose between having the package sent "without delivery" or "with delivery".
You will always receive a track and trace number so that you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day right of withdrawal for items purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 30-day right of withdrawal begins on the day on which the order is delivered. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but these are delivered individually, the period begins on the day on which you receive the last item.
The 30-day right of withdrawal means that you have 30 days from the delivery of the goods to inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to kundeservice@pitaya.dk or use the standard withdrawal form, which you can find at the end of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to accept the item without informing us at the same time.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you also have the option of returning only one, several, or all items.
Please note that you will not be refunded the shipping costs if you return part of your purchase.
Once you have notified us that you wish to return your purchase, you have 30 days to return the item to us.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return and will be liable for any damage during transportation.
Condition of the goods on return
You must pay for any loss in value of the goods that is due to handling that is not necessary to check the condition of the goods. You can therefore try out the goods in the same way as if you were shopping in a store.
If the item has been used beyond the extent described above, it is considered used and its value is reduced. In this case of a return, only a small part or the entire purchase amount will be refunded. It is at the discretion of NFS ApS to assess the condition of the product.
The amount you will be refunded depends on the retail value of the item and may in some cases mean that you can only be refunded the shipping costs.
We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a reduction in the value of the goods.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you return your purchase, you will receive your money back. Once the return has been processed, we will deduct the amount from the remaining purchase amount.
We will refund all payments made by you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to additional delivery costs if you have chosen a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made no later than 30 days after the day on which we receive your notification of the return.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed
We reserve the right to withhold payment until we have received the return, unless you send us proof of shipment of the item.

Right to claim/refund
Products are guaranteed for 2 years in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty applies to all defects in software, material and manufacture.
Complaints about defects must be reported to NFS ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the product.
A maximum of two months can be regarded as a reasonable period, unless otherwise agreed. We will reimburse any shipping costs incurred.
The right to complain is waived in the event of faulty or unusual operation of the product.
If your complaint is justified, this means that, depending on the situation, you can either repair the item, exchange it, get your money back or reduce the price.
NFS ApS will cover the return costs to a reasonable extent. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for the shipment so that we can refund your shipping costs.

Customer and privacy policy
We only register and share the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the item to you.
In order for you to enter into a contract with NFS ApS, we need the following information:

The personal data will be registered with NFS ApS and stored for up to five years, after which your data will be deleted. In addition, we work with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can adequately protect your data.
When personal data is requested via our website, we ensure that this is always done with your explicit consent, so that you are fully informed about what information is collected and why.
The director and employees of NFS ApS have access to the information that is registered about you.

If you believe that the information is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request this.
