GUIDE TO RETURNS - INTERNATIONAL
It takes up to 14 days to process a return. We will send you an email when your money has been refunded.
The return label costs €5.95 and will be deducted from the amount you are refunded.
Guide for returns:

2. Hand in the parcel at your nearest GLS parcelshop.
We will deduct the cost of the return when we refund your money.

Read this before you return
You can return an item if:
1. The items are brand new.
2. There is NO makeup, perfume, sweat or smoke odour, or other items that detract from the value of the item.
3. The clothing must be returned in its original packaging, with original tags and hangtags.
4. You have not exceeded your 30-day return period.
If you are not sending through our returns portal, please read below:
If you wish to send a return without using our returns portal, please note that we do not cover the cost if it gets lost in transit and we cannot track it without a parcel number. We always recommend that you receive a delivery receipt.
Your return parcel must be sent directly to our warehouse address. Do not send to a parcel shop. Please note that we do not accept returns to our office address - only to our warehouse address.

COMPLAINT
Do you have a complaint?
If you have received a defective product, please send us an email regarding this. This must be done no later than 7 days after you have received the item. We need your order number, a short description and a picture of the defect.
