You can drop off your return for FREE in ALL our physical stores and in our Click & Collect if you are in Denmark:

Read this before you return

You can return an item if:

1. The items are brand new.
2. There is NO makeup, perfume, sweat or smoke odour, or other items that detract from the value of the item.
3. The clothing must be returned in its original packaging, with original tags and hangtags.
4. You have not exceeded your 30-day return period.

Delivery

The delivery time for your order is 1-4 working days.

NFS ApS ships goods with the following:

GLS - Parcel shop - 8,95€ (Free for purchases over 79€) 
Order before 15.30 - GLS will deliver your package within 1-3 business days at the selected parcel shop. GLS also delivers on Saturdays, so if you want a Saturday delivery, remember to choose a parcel shop that is open on weekends.

PostNord - Parcel shop - 8,95€ (2,95€ for purchases over 79€)
Order before 15.30 - PostNord will deliver your package within 1-3 business days at the selected parcel shop. PostNord also delivers on Saturdays, so if you want a Saturday delivery, remember to choose a parcel shop that is open on weekends.

PostNord - Home delivery - 15,95€ (7,95€ for purchases over 79€)
Order before 15.30 - PostNord will deliver your package within 1-3 business days at the selected parcel shop. PostNord also delivers on Saturdays, so if you want a Saturday delivery, remember to choose a parcel shop that is open on weekends.

DHL - Economy (2-3 business days) - €20
Order before 12:30 - DHL will deliver your package within 2-3 business days to the selected address. DHL also delivers on Saturdays, so if you want a Saturday delivery, remember that there must be people present to receive the package.

DHL - Express (Next working day) - 25€ 
Order before 12:30 - DHL will deliver your package within the next business day to the selected address. DHL also delivers on Saturdays, so if you want a Saturday delivery, remember that there must be people present to receive the package.

The rest of the EU is the shipping price 39 DKK

You will be able to choose between having the package sent "without delivery" or "with delivery".

You will always receive a track and trace number so that you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

GLS - Parcel shop - 39 DKK (Free over 399 DKK)
Order before 15:30 - GLS will deliver your package the next business day at the selected parcel shop. GLS also delivers on Saturdays, so if you want a Saturday delivery, remember to choose a parcel shop that is open on weekends.

GLS - Business delivery - 49 DKK (39 DKK for purchases over 399 DKK)
Order before 15:30 - GLS will deliver your package the next business day to the selected business address. GLS also delivers on Saturdays, so if you want a Saturday delivery, remember that there must be people present to receive the package.

GLS - Home delivery - 69 kr (49,- over 399,-)
Order before 15:30 - GLS will deliver your package the next business day at your home between 8-16. GLS also delivers on Saturdays.

DAO - Parcel shop - 39 DKK (Free over 399 DKK)
Order before 15:30 - DAO will deliver your package the next business day at the selected parcel shop. DAO also delivers on Saturdays, so if you want a Saturday delivery, remember to choose a parcel shop that is open on weekends.

DAO - Home delivery - 45 DKK (14 DKK for purchases over 399 DKK)
Order before 15:30 - DAO will deliver your package the next business day at the selected parcel shop. DAO also delivers on Saturdays, so if you want a Saturday delivery, remember to choose a parcel shop that is open on weekends.

PostNord - Parcel shop - 49 DKK (29 DKK for purchases over 399 DKK)
Order before 15:30 - PostNord will deliver your package the next business day at the selected parcel shop. PostNord also delivers on Saturdays, so if you want a Saturday delivery, remember to choose a parcel shop that is open on weekends.

GLS - Parcelshop - 6,95€ (free of charge from a purchase of 79€)
If you order before 3.30 p.m., GLS will deliver your parcel to the selected parcel store within 1-3 working days. GLS also delivers on Saturdays. If you want a Saturday delivery, remember to choose a parcel store that is open at the weekend.

GLS - home delivery - €7.95 (€2.95 for purchases over €79)
If you order before 3.30 pm, GLS will deliver your parcel to your home within 1-3 working days between 8 am and 4 pm. GLS also delivers on Saturdays.

PostNord - Parcelshop - 6,95€ (2,95€ for purchases over 79€)
If you order before 3.30 p.m., PostNord will deliver your parcel to the selected parcel store within 1-3 working days. PostNord also delivers on Saturdays. If you want a Saturday delivery, remember to choose a parcel store that is open at the weekend

PostNord - home delivery - €7.95 (€2.95 for purchases over €79)
If you order before 3.30 pm, PostNord will deliver your parcel to your home within 1-3 working days between 8 am and 4 pm. PostNord also delivers on Saturdays.

DHL - Express - 12,95€
If you order before 12:30 p.m., DHL will deliver your parcel to an address of your choice within the next working day. DHL also delivers on Saturdays.

GUIDE TO RETURNS - INTERNATIONAL

It takes up to 14 days to process a return. We will send you an email when your money has been refunded.
The return label costs €5.95 and will be deducted from the amount you are refunded.

Guide for returns:

2. Hand in the parcel at your nearest GLS parcelshop.

We will deduct the cost of the return when we refund your money.

If you are not sending through our returns portal, please read below:

If you wish to send a return without using our returns portal, please note that we do not cover the cost if it gets lost in transit and we cannot track it without a parcel number. We always recommend that you receive a delivery receipt.

Your return parcel must be sent directly to our warehouse address. Do not send to a parcel shop. Please note that we do not accept returns to our office address - only to our warehouse address.

COMPLAINT

Do you have a complaint?

If you have received a defective product, please send us an email regarding this. This must be done no later than 7 days after you have received the item. We need your order number, a short description and a picture of the defect.
